There are no trains running on white days but the ticket office and shop is open and workshop tours are available subject to availability.
Please Note: You should allow at least 20 minutes before departure time to purchase your tickets and board the train.
Trains start and finish their day at Aberystwyth. If you begin your journey from Devil’s Bridge, please check the return train times carefully. Some departures from Devil’s Bridge only offer a one way journey to Aberystwyth.
Whilst every care will be taken to ensure trains run as advertised, the railway reserves the right to vary the published timetables with or without notice.
Intermediate Stations and Request Halts:
Trains call at Capel Bangor and Aberffrwd unless otherwise stated – please inform the Guard should you wish to alight at either station.
Trains call at the following Halts by request. Please inform the Guard when you board the Train or give a clear signal to the driver as the train approaches.
Llanbadarn: Trains pass Llanbadarn approximately 5 minutes after leaving Aberystwyth and 10 minutes after leaving Capel Bangor.
Glanyrafon: Trains pass Glanyrafon approximately 10 minutes after leaving Aberystwyth and 5 minutes after leaving Capel Bangor.
Nantyronen: Trains pass Nantyronen approximately 5 minutes after leaving Capel Bangor and 5 minutes after leaving Aberffrwd.
Rheidol Falls: Trains pass Rheidol Falls approximately 5 minutes after leaving Aberffrwd and 10 minutes after leaving Devil’s Bridge.
Rhiwfron: Trains pass Rhiwfron approximately 10 minutes after leaving Aberffrwd and 5 minutes after leaving Devil’s Bridge.
